Terms of service
These terms govern your use of YRTKT to discover, book and attend live events. By creating an account or purchasing a ticket, you agree to them.
Tickets and admission
Each ticket is a revocable licence to attend a specific event. Tickets are tied to the tier, category and any entitlements shown at the time of purchase, and admission is subject to the venue's own conditions of entry.
Age requirement
You must be 16 or over to create a YRTKT account.
Refunds and cancellations
Refund eligibility is set per event and shown at checkout. If an event is cancelled or materially changed, affected orders are refunded automatically, including any booking fee.
Referral and promoter programmes
Promoters sharing an event on YRTKT must comply with advertising standards, including clear disclosure of any commercial relationship (for example, an #ad label). Commission terms are agreed between the promoter and the event's organiser before any promotion begins — see Pricing for the default commission rates.
